Newport Medical Center Birthing Center

When the time comes to give birth it will take place at the newly renovated birthing center at Newport Medical Center. The state of the art center located close to home is the ideal location to have your baby. The birthing suites were created for labor, delivery, and recovery. After birth the baby can stay in the room with mother and family. Suites are designed for the whole family: spa inspired bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions, and a double sleeper sofa.

The birthing center also features a fully equipped nursery and C-section operating room. Services available include fetal monitoring, lactation counseling, epidural, and nitrous oxide.
